The Friends and Family Test

The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience. Listening to the views of patients and staff helps identify what is working well, what can be improved and how.

The FFT asks patients about their recent experience of our service and if they would recommend the services they have used.

This form is available on our practice website and in the surgery waiting room. We value patient feedback and receiving and analysing this data can enable us to look at improving services at the surgery.

The below video explains how the FFT test works

We apprectiate our patients taking the time to complete the short FFT test to enable us to make improvements at the surgery.  Thank you
