Please take a look at the leaflet on why System On-Line is the way forward – SystmOnline leaflet

Our on-line service allows patients access via the internet to a service which will provide you with the facility to allow you to book appointments for yourselves to view your bookings or to cancel on-line any unwanted appointments.

You can only book on-line appointments with the GPs (These are 10 minute slots they are NOT to be booked if you are coming in for a medical, these appointments needs to be booked in via the phone line, so we can allocate the correct time), we cannot so the nurse ones as the nurse appointment time slots vary from 10 minute appointments to 15 minute appointments and 20 & 30 etc,

On-line also provides you with the opportunity to order your authorised repeat medication via the internet.

To register for the On-Line services you must have a personal email address.

NB:  Please note that whilst one email address may be used to register more than one patient, each individual must be registered separately and have their own ID number and password.  This is because the ID number that is used to book an appointment will allow the system to recognise the individual patient and book the appointment in that name.

If you wish to register please print off the following form, complete and return it to the Practice.

Once you have been registered you will receive a letter from the Practice which will contain instructions on creating your account
