Newcastle Talking Therapies: Free Event on 6th June
The Newcastle Talking Therapies service is holding a free event on Tuesday, 6th June.
When: Tuesday 6th June, 12pm to 4.30pm
Where: Exhibition Park, Claremont Road, Newcastle, NE2 4PZ
Plenty will be going on with games, mindfulness activities, local organisations displaying their services and the Talking Therapies team to lend a listening ear and offer advice and mental health support.

“Discover a day filled with laughter, joy, and connection as we celebrate the importance of your mental well-being. You and your loved ones are invited to our incredible event packed with exciting activities and valuable resources.”
The event is free to attend, and everyone is welcome.
The event will be taking place near the Urban Green Cafe in Exhibition Park, located in central Newcastle, just off Claremont Road near Newcastle University and the RVI Hospital.

About Newcastle Talking Therapies
Talking Therapies is a free and confidential NHS service provided by vita health group.
They offer a range of short-term therapies to adults ahead 16 and over in Newcastle who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, excessive worry or low mood.
The service is free, and anyone registered with a GP practice in Newcastle can self-refer to Talking Therapies with no need to see a doctor first.
