Online Requests Sytem

In early 2024 the surgery the practice moved to a new triage system where we ask patients to initially provide some information to enable them to be triaged correctly. Many of you may be aware of the current pressures which are affecting General Practices nationwide. The overall demand for appointments has increased greatly and therefore we needed to make changes at our practice to be able to manage this demand. To submit an request online you need to press the ‘Contact Us Online’ button twice on our homepage which takes you through to a questionnaires to complete based on your issue, which once completed is then triaged by a clinician who will then decide upon the appropriate course of action. This could be a face-to-face or phone appointment with a member of our multidisciplinary clinical team, or perhaps redirection to another provider such as a local pharmacist. Our online request system is available from Monday to Friday between 7.00am to 12.00pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm which will allow the GPs to manage capacity safely and enable them to conduct patient home visits and process the requests in the inbox during the times it is closed.

New Feature – From June 2025 you can now request to book a blood test using the online request form. Select ‘existing conditions’ and select ‘blood test’ you will be asked to fill out some information and once approved by the GP we will send a link to enable you to book a blood test.

We appreciate that not everyone may have access to our website. In this case, we will be happy to receive your phone call and a member of our reception team will assist you to complete the form.
