Dr Rachel Banham

I’ve joined the Grove having worked in North Shields previously. I was drawn to general practice as I like the variety of people and problems that I can see in general practice, and like working with patients and their families to help them maintain their health.

I undertook my undergraduate studies in Bristol, before gradually working my way up the country in my post-graduate training to settle in the North East. I have also done post-graduate training in medical education and enjoy teaching the medical students when they come into the practice.
