Contact your GP Practice on the NHS App
You may be able to use the NHS App to contact your GP surgeon about documents like fit notes or an update on a test result.
- Open the NHS App and make sure you are logged in
- From the homepage, tap on Services at the bottom of the screen
- Tap on Contact your GP about a health problem
- You’ll see a screen letting you know who provides this service for your practice
- Tap Continue to enter your symptoms and send your request
