Fit Notes, Documents and Updates in the NHS App
You may be able to use the NHS App to contact your GP surgeon about documents like fit notes or an update on a test result.
- Open the NHS App and make sure you are logged in
- From the homepage, tap on Services at the bottom of the screen
- Tap on Contact your GP surgery for a document or update
- If this service is available, you will see how provides it to your surgery.
- Tap Continue to enter your details and submit your request
