Use the NHS App to update your contact details

You can use the NHS App to update the details your GP practice uses to contact you.

• Open the NHS App on your smartphone
• Tap More in the top right
• Tap Account and settings
• Tap Manage NHS account
• Tap Contact details halfway down the screen
• Tap Change email address or Change mobile phone number
• Choose which details you want to update and tap Continue
• If you want to change more details, go back to Contact Details
