Please note the surgery is closed for staff training from 12pm on Wednesday 5th November. Online requests will be switched off at 11.00am to allow GPs time to process them before we close and staff will be able to deal with urgent requests over the telephone up until 12pm. We will reopen as normal the following day. If you need medical help whilst we are closed, call 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk. If you need urgent medical help, call 999.

Use the NHS App to update your contact details

You can use the NHS App to update the details your GP practice uses to contact you.

Open the NHS App on your smartphone
Tap More in the top right
Tap Account and settings
Tap Manage NHS account
Tap Contact details halfway down the screen
Tap Change email address or Change mobile phone number
Choose which details you want to update and tap Continue
If you want to change more details, go back to Contact Details
