Video: How to check your balls (testicles)

Testicular cancer can happen at any age but is most common in men aged 15–49. It’s very treatable when found early.

What to do:

  • Check once a month, after a warm shower.
  • Roll each testicle gently between your fingers.
  • Look for lumps, swelling, or changes in size or shape.

If you notice anything unusual, book an appointment with your GP — don’t wait.
Most lumps aren’t cancer, but it’s always worth checking.
