View your GP Health Record on the NHS App

The NHS App give you easy access to your GP health record.

• Open the NHS App and make sure you are logged in
• Select Your GP health record
• Carefully read the notice about sensitive information and if you are happy to carry on, click Continue
• Here, you will see your GP health record, including:
  • Allergies
  • Medicines
  • Immunisations
  • Test results
  • Consultation history
  • Documents
