Due to a shortage of flu vaccine supplies we are unable to invite all patients who are eligible in the 50-64 age group category and therefore we have prioritised patients in that age group with health conditions.  If you are in this age group and do wish to have a flu vaccine and have not heard from us, local pharmacies are providing these free of charge.  If we do obtain further vaccines for this age group, we will contact you.

Digital Access

The NHS offers a wealth of digital services for primary care.

Contacting Doctors and Nurses Online

Our online consultation system, eConsult, is available from any internet-connected device. You can check your symptoms, get self-help advice or send a message directly to the practice team.

eConsult is quick, secure and easy to use. Many patients enjoy the instant access, flexibility and quick resolutions it offers.

A clinician may invite you to book an appointment or suggest another form of treatment. Often, our team can resolve simple issues without you needing to visit the surgery.

The NHS App

Free to download to your smartphone or tablet, the NHS App makes accessing primary health care services accessible.

The NHS App puts you in control, from ordering repeat prescriptions and booking appointments to getting self-help advice and displaying your vaccination status.

Patient Access

Our online system, Patient Access, also offers quick and easy access to the services you need through our website. Our Reception team can set up access for you – call them on 0191 213 2778. If you have already signed up, then log in below.
