My job role involves all secretarial duties including referrals from GPs to hospitals. I spend a lot of my time in contact with patients and hospitals regarding appointments/hospital queries/follow-ups. I also look after the workflow for hospital correspondence and deal with medical reports for insurance companies. I joined The Grove in September 2021.
