Introduction

I have worked at the surgery since October 2023 initially as a Patient Care Navigator and I assisted the practice Triage Implementation Team which consisted of admin/management and clinical staff in the move to the new triage system in early 2024.  I currently work between the reception and the admin team supporting patients with queries over the desk, telephone and online.  I process prescriptions and regularly help to support the Duty GP with the online requests.
