Introduction

I have worked at the surgery since October 2023 initially as a Patient Care Navigator and have since took on the role of Senior Receptionist.  I support our reception team with our rota and any queries they have.  I process prescriptions, answer telephone calls and assist the Duty GP team with the incoming triage requests and on the advice of the GP I will liaise with the patients to request further medical information or send out information on behalf of the GPs such as an appointment booking link.
