I started working at the surgery in March 25 as a receptionist, I am also completing an NVQ in customer care whilst working. I am keen to expand my experience working with the public and learning more about working in a health care environment.
Introduction I work full time within the reception team. My role includes patient navigation working within our GP triage office supporting the GPs with the incoming online requests. I assist patients when answer phone calls, processing prescriptions, and when on the front desk.
Introduction I assist patients in booking and managing their appointment requests, processing their prescription requests, and answering patients’ calls throughout the day. I greet patients at the reception desk, deal with their queries and register new patient applications and process any incoming electrical documents on behalf of patients.
