Caitlin Wilkinson

I started working at the surgery in March 26 as a receptionist. I have previous experience in a customer care environment. I am keen to expand my experience working with the public and learning more about working in a health care environment.

I started working at The Grove as an Officer Learner in May 2026.  This is my first full time job and   It is a very busy surgery and I am enjoying learning new skills and working as a team.

I joined the practice in September 2025 as an apprentice. I answer phone calls, assist patients at the front desk, and file paperwork. I am also completing an NVQ in Business Administration alongside my work. I am looking forward to developing my skills within healthcare.

Deborah Ashpool

Introduction I work full time within the reception team.  My role includes patient navigation working within our GP triage office supporting the GPs with the incoming online requests.  I assist patients when answer phone calls, processing prescriptions, and when on the front desk. 

Susan Brown

Introduction I assist patients in booking and managing their appointment requests, processing their prescription requests, and answering patients’ calls throughout the day. I greet patients at the reception desk, deal with their queries and register new patient applications and process any incoming electrical documents on behalf of patients.
