Introduction I help and direct the patients to the right healthcare professional and am responsible for coordinating the daily administration of doctors, staff, and visitors ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Introduction I arrange appointments for patients, answer calls, process prescriptions, process letters onto patients’ records, and deal with queries over the desk and on the phone.
Introduction I started working at the surgery in 2017 as an Officer Learner and then following this I was employed as a full time receptionist. My role includes answering telephone calls, working on the reception desk, processing repeat prescriptions and assisting the clinical team with admin tasks.
Introduction I assist patients in booking and managing their appointment requests, processing their prescription requests, and answering patients’ calls throughout the day. I greet patients at the reception desk, deal with their queries and register new patient applications and process any incoming electrical documents on behalf of patients.
