I am responsible for connecting patients to the Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Service. I deal with all referrals, appointments, audits, and correspondence with patients GP practices. I also help out with a variety of tasks within the admin team. I have worked here since 2019.

Medication reviews can be done face-to-face or over the phone. Patients are usually invited for a review but can self-refer by speaking to their Practice Reception Team, if required.
