Our online system is quick, convenient, easy to use, and it gets you the help you need when you need it. Please complete the online form to request a GP appointment/medical advice/admin requests.
Online requests can be submitted from 7am – 12pm and from 1pm- 4pm or until we have reached capacity for that day. Please note Mondays are very busy and we tend to receive double the amount of online forms that day which often results in the practice reaching capacity earlier.
If your request is not urgent and does not need to be looked at on a Monday we kindly ask if you could submit it on one of our other working days if possible.
Think Pharmacy First
Community pharmacies can offer treatment for seven common conditions including sinusitis, sore throats, ear aches, infected bites or stings, impetigo, shingles or uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTI).
No appointment is needed, and you don’t need to see a GP first.

Repeat Prescriptions
Reordering a repeat prescription is quick and easy through our online services, the NHS app, over the phone or in person. You can collect medication from The Grove Medical Group or at a pharmacy of your choice.

- Minuteful Kidney
The surgery is currently collaborating with Health.io on project to look at making it easier to test for chronic kidney disease by allowing you to test from home. Patients who suffer from diabetes (and/or other conditions who meet the criteria) will be invited to see if they wish to take part and complete the test. - National changes for GPs providing a death certificate
There has been some national changes to the way GPs need to report a patients death and all now need to be discussed with a seperate offsite Medical Examiner prior to a death certificate being issued. Therefore it will take longer for a GP to produce a death certificate for a patient as the Medical Examiner Office could take up to 72 hrs to provide authorisation to the GP.
